ResponsibilitiesDesign Coordination: Lead the insight into plush design trends, be responsible for the overall coordination of new product project design and development, guide design modifications, and ensure high-quality design output.Design Management: Reasonably allocate design work within the team, establish an efficient collaboration mechanism and talent echelon for the design team, set clear performance goals, and drive team capability upgrades through professional guidance.Balance creativity and cost efficiency, and lead the plush team to carry out new product design, selection of fabrics and accessories, and production of process sheets based on the planning scheme.Supporting for the full-process design, development and overall coordination of global derivatives and overseas limited editions. QualificationsMore than 5 years of experience in the development of plush products, majoring in textile-related fields (including but not limited to fashion design, textile research, clothing accessory design, bag design, etc.), and having a certain understanding of the fabric technology of plush toys.Possessing brand strategy concepts, creative capabilities and practical experience in brand communication, with unique creative ideas.Have a solid foundation in fine arts, be able to express creativity through hand-drawing and implement designs, and possess professional knowledge of cost and process as well as commercial sensitivity to the overall product during the development process.Have good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, and possess a spirit of teamwork.
