Your missionAs our Digital Communications & Social Media Manager, you bring TSC’s narratives into the digital world. You translate our creative vision into clear, consistent and impactful communication across Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, PR, awards and event storytelling.We are looking for a candidate who is fully dedicated and focused on The Storytelling Company. You are eager to help implement our strategy and vision moving forward, working under the guidance of our Marketing Director. Your crucial focus will be on digital outputs across the company’s services, and you’ll be a hands-on owner of our digital presence.You are confident digitally and a native social media sorcerer; brave enough to try new things, and excited to experiment while keeping our brand narrative and aesthetic sharp. You’re also someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and is ready and willing to be present in the office as part of the team.Good to know: The marketing team at TSC is new. Structures, processes and workflows are just being built - and you have the chance to actively shape them. You'll work closely with the marketing team and will develop ways of working, define formats and build TSC's digital presence from the ground up together with the Marketing Director over the coming weeks and months. If that excites you rather than scares you, you're in the right place.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:Social Media Strategy, Content & Publishing:Develop and execute the social strategy for Instagram & LinkedIn.Create and publish content (captions, visuals, videos, carousels, stories).Independently create visual content for social media - from graphics and carousels in Canva to video edits in CapCut - as well as co-producing more complex assets with the marketing team. Ensure a consistent narrative and aesthetic across platforms.Manage planning and posting in alignment with the Marketing Director.Collaborate with design and production teams on asset creation.Own the day-to-day digital management of TSC’s social channels and activity calendar.Digital Copywriting & Editorial Work:Write strong English copy for social media, newsletters, events and speaker communication.Prepare public talk briefs, speaker bios & project texts.Develop digital narratives for campaigns and content formats.Produce high-quality branded copywriting that reflects TSC’s tone of voice and storytelling craft. PR, Press Materials & Award Submissions:Create press kits and external communication materials.Support PR activities and maintain media contact lists.Research relevant conferences, festivals and awards.Prepare and submit materials for award entries. Community & Event Communication:Engage with community and partners.Track trends and visibility opportunities.Produce event-related content when needed.Support communication for speaker engagements and showcases.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor Instagram & LinkedIn performance.Provide monthly insights & strategic recommendations.Track social and cultural trends.Use insights to propose new digital formats, campaigns, and experiments that grow reach and relevance.Your profileNative or near-native English proficiency.Experience in digital communication, social media or editorial.Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn as strategic platforms.Excellent copywriting skills and a sharp editorial eye.Comfortable working with tools like Canva and CapCut - you create visual and video content independently and know when to bring in support from the team.Strong sense of aesthetics and detail.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Comfortable experimenting with new formats, channels and ideas.Experience in PR or event communication is a plus.Interest in storytelling, culture and design.Open to travel as part of the role.Enjoy working with colleagues in-person and being present in the office regularly.Why us?Be part of a creative, supportive environment where you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, share ideas, and collaborate with passionate colleagues.Collaborate across diverse teams and keep growing professionally and personally.Work in a hybrid setup, combining office connection with the flexibility of remote work.Earn competitively, with an annual performance-based bonus.Benefit from regionally applicable perks and a travel or public transport allowance.Recharge with vacation days plus one extra company holiday.Join the fun!
