Digital Content Creator (TikTok + Influencer)

Job Responsibilities1. Video Content CreationProduce daily video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.Handle the entire video pipeline: concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish.Develop engaging formats like Q&A videos, educational clips, and trend-based content.Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data.2. Influencer/Endorser ManagementIdentify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers and endorsers who align with our brand.Manage contracts and campaign logistics from start to finish.Act as the main point of contact for all external content creators.Track and report on the effectiveness (ROI) of influencer partnerships.Ensure all content created by partners meets brand guidelines and legal requirements.Qualifications/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field.1–2 years of hands-on experience creating high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts.Skills RequiredDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end video production, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.Proven experience in influencer marketing, including identifying creators, managing partnerships, and executing campaigns.Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms, especially TikTok.Proficiency with video editing tools (mobile and desktop), with a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual style.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially when working with influencers or endorsers.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on data and insights.Familiarity with brand guidelines and basic legal/usage requirements for content and influencer collaborations.Why Join Us•   Stellar opportunity to work with the rising company•   The amazing and passionate young team, beautiful office space•   Trust of biggest FinTech company. •   One-of-a-kind company culture and growth opportunities to accelerate your career progression.
