Can you pull usable elements from a flattened pdf with ease? We are looking for a Digital Designer to design Facebook & Google Display ads. Digital ads start from an existing print ad, so this role is mostly about your Adobe skills, ability to recognize the key elements in a print ad, and reorganize those elements into a striking and effective digital ad. You will be the crucial link between our stunning print campaigns and effective digital advertising, ensuring every pixel counts and every deadline is met.ResponsibilitiesDesign digital ads to meet specific client expectations and technical digital specifications. Handle sensitive category ad builds, continuously expanding knowledge of platform rules and nuances as they apply in different situations. Convert successful print advertisements into stunning, effective digital ad formats using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat). Communicate proactively with management regarding design challenges, opportunities, and emerging digital trends.Provide support to clients and publishers regarding the ad approval process.RequirementsSkills and Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Experience with the Microsoft Suite in a Mac-based environment What Will Make You Stand OutBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Direct experience in digital ad design and a strong working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and best practices Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet tight deadlines while managing a high volume of detail-oriented work
