Role Description This full-time Interior Architect position, based on-site in West Palm Beach, FL, includes overseeing interior architecture and design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing creative designs, space planning, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors, managing interior fit-outs, and ensuring projects align with the company’s signature craftsmanship and artistry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, artisans, and other team members to deliver bespoke interior solutions that exceed expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create cohesive and functional interior environmentsAdvanced knowledge of Interior Architecture and Architecture, including principles, materials, and safety standardsExperience in Interior Fit-out to manage and coordinate the practical aspects of interior installation and detailingEffective communication, project management, and team collaboration skillsProficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platformsBachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldFamiliarity with luxury furniture and custom craftsmanship is a plusAbility to adhere to project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
