These tools support our concierge, dining operations, support, and credit teams and are the epicenter to delivering the seamless, high-touch experience our members expect.This role is ideal for a designer who loves turning complex operational workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences. You’ll work directly with our Lead Product Designer, who drives discovery, problem definition, and system-level direction—and work collaboratively to translate that high-level design into polished, production-ready UX and UI.You’ll be responsible for the detailed execution of internal-facing features: building flows, designing interfaces, mapping edge cases, and ensuring everything is cohesive, thoughtful, and ready for engineering. You’ll have ownership and autonomy in the execution layer while collaborating closely at key moments of exploration and refinement. This is a hybrid role based in our NYC (West Village) office, with an expectation of at 2-3 days per week onsite, with occasional travel to SF, where our engineering team is based.What You’ll DoWork closely with the Lead Product Designer to translate high-level system design and problem framing into complete user flows and UI. Design end-to-end experiences for internal tools—collaborating on exploration, and executing polished, engineering-ready interfaces. Refine and expand early concepts into clear, usable workflows that support real operational needs. Handle the details that make internal tools resilient: error states, data states, edge cases, and exceptions. Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are scoped, documented, and feasible. Partner with Ops, Concierge, and Support to understand workflows and incorporate real-world constraints. Contribute to the internal design system and maintain consistency across surfaces. Iterate quickly, balancing speed and craft in a fast-paced environment. Manage our design system and library as it grows. What We’re Looking For3–5 years of product design experience with strong UX and UI execution. New York-based, able to come into our West Village office 2-3 days per week. Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or internal tools is a strong plus. Ability to take direction and work independently on detailed execution. Strong interaction design skills and comfort designing for operational users. Fast, pragmatic approach to iteration—comfortable working with evolving requirements. Excellent communication skills; able to explain decisions clearly to both ops and engineering partners. Proficiency in Figma, and experience working with component libraries, design systems and auto-layout. A portfolio that demonstrates clear problem-solving, solid execution, and shipped product work. Previous experience working at a startup. Nice to HaveExperience in fintech, operations tooling, or admin interfaces. Familiarity with data-heavy or stateful systems. Interest in collaborating within a design-led environment.
