Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business & Project Management Instructor located in Lagos. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions and courses in business and project management. Daily responsibilities include designing and updating curriculum materials, teaching and coaching students, and providing guidance to enhance their skills. The role will also involve offering insights into practical applications and strategies for achieving business success. Qualifications Proven experience in Training, Teaching, and Coaching to inspire and develop learnersExpertise in Curriculum Development, with a strong ability to design and structure educational programsKnowledge or experience in Sales within the context of business and professional development is highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to create an engaging and productive learning environmentRelevant certifications, degrees, or professional coursework in business, education, or project managementFamiliarity with industry best practices and tools in business and project managementProactive problem-solving and organizational skills to manage teaching and administrative responsibilities effectively
