Job Summary:The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales through online channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.Manage social media presence: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, interact with followers, and monitor social media analytics to measure performance.Optimize website for search engines: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.Manage email marketing campaigns: Create and send targeted email campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers.Analyze campaign performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven optimizations.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sports or retail industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the target audience.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience with graphic design and video editing software.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.Experience in sports marketing or sponsorships.
