Call Kate on 0480 559 771 for more information.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive full-funnel growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Email/CRM. This is a hands on executional and strategic role perfect for someone who loves data, performance, experimentation, and continuous optimisation.You’ll own our digital performance engine across key markets, working closely with creative, Marketing and leadership teams to push channel performance, enhance customer experience, and scale revenue. Candidates must have strong experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Search & Social and have the ability to leverage strong SEO expertise to boost organic visibility, optimise site structure, content, and drive sustainable growth.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…3–5+ years of experience in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally within D2C or high growth eCommerceHands on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and performance focused campaignsStrong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword optimisation, and content best practicesExperience managing email/CRM platforms such as KlaviyoStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionsPassion for growth marketing, testing, and continuous improvementTO BE CONSIDERED…Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to Kate.donoghue@searchability.com.au For further information please call me on 0480 559 771.
