The Shift to Digital After decades of being wholesale-led, the business is now firmly committed to building out strong, profitable D2C channels. Early digital investment, particularly across paid activity and Amazon, has delivered impressive results that validate the opportunity ahead.  There’s foundational work to be done across UX, trading, acquisition, and brand-by-brand planning. The tech stack is also being upgraded, with Shopify rolling out across all sites and agency partners supporting Amazon and performance media. It’s an exciting stage where the basics are in place and the real growth can begin. The Role This is a hands-on eCommerce and acquisition role where you’ll own sales, traffic, conversion and the overall performance of several D2C brands.You will: • Build and execute digital roadmaps for each brand • Drive acquisition across paid social, search, marketplaces and Amazon • Improve conversion through UX optimisation and CRO initiatives • Manage trading, including merchandising, content, promotions and bundles • Work closely with developers and agencies to lift site performance • Use data, heatmaps and insights to identify and fix friction points • Mentor and support a proactive direct reportThe Ideal Candidate You bring solid eCommerce experience and enjoy working in environments where you can build, test and improve quickly. You’re practical, curious and confident managing multiple brands and large SKU counts. This could be a strong step for someone ready to move into an eCommerce Manager remit.You’ll thrive here if you have: • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or acquisition (homewares, lifestyle or retail a bonus) • Strong understanding of D2C models and the customer journey • Ability to drive growth through performance marketing and optimisation • Analytical capability paired with creative problem solving • Leadership skills and confidence mentoring a small team • A commercial mindset and a clear understanding of how digital drives business outcomesThis role offers the chance to join a heritage business with significant whitespace, where your work will directly shape the next stage of digital growth across a multi-brand portfolio.How to Apply Click APPLY NOW to submit your CV.
