Eyewear is personal, and our promise to our customers is exceptional customer care and integrity in every interaction.  Job Description Job Title:        Digital Marketing SpecialistDepartment: MarketingReporting to: Business Development Manager Job Description:Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.Create and edit engaging short-form videos and visual content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.Coordinate in-store photo and video shoots to ensure on-brand visuals.Manage social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).Support influencer collaborations, PR activities, and email marketing initiatives.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.Job Requirements: University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.Strong video editing and production skills; familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media paid campaigns.Excellent visual, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.Highly creative, with a deep understanding of audience engagement and digital trends.Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.Very good command of English (written and spoken).Experience with graphic design and/or e-commerce platforms is an advantage
