This role blends analytical expertise with creative strategy to improve click-through and conversion rates while reducing cost-per-acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually testing, refining, and scaling campaigns to achieve business performance goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic display networks, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and audience targeting.Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and improve conversion funnel efficiency.Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience segments to drive higher engagement and conversions.Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to align messaging across paid and organic channels and enhance landing page performance.Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) to inform data-driven recommendations and campaign adjustments.Plan and execute comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring synergy between organic and paid initiatives.Perform technical SEO audits, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend on-page improvements to enhance organic visibility.Stay up to date with platform algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure ongoing competitiveness.Prepare and present monthly performance reports, highlighting campaign insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business or related coursesExperience in the real estate industry is a huge advantage2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.Proven experience managing multiple campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and display/retargeting networks.Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and related performance metrics.Advanced in Google Ads, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable growth.Familiarity with SEO principles, including technical audits and on-page optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to continuous testing, learning, and optimization.(Preferred) Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.Preferably can start ASAPPreferably residing within or near Metro ManilaBenefits:Guaranteed 13th-month payGovernment Mandated BenefitsHMO and Dental coverage with 2 dependentsPhp 5,000 Annual Medical ReimbursementPhp 5,000 Emergency Assistance5 Sick/Vacation leaves upon regularization10 Vacation leaves & 5 Sick leaves after a year of servicePerformance Bonuses (based on individual performance and client discretion)Birthday Treats (free meals)Cash Advances (with client approval)Employee Wellness and Events, including remote work from Baguio, summer outings, team-building events, gatherings, and year-end party.
