Digital Operations Manager - Abu Dhabi (Arabic)

The Digital Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the company’s digital platforms, with a primary focus on the Real Estate Mobile App, website, and digital content systems.Job Description:1. Digital Platform ManagementManage daily operations of the real estate mobile app, website, and digital platforms.Oversee property inventory updates, accuracy, and quality control of listings.Ensure content (images, videos, descriptions, amenities, prices) is up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.2. Requirements Gathering & Development CoordinationCollect business, marketing, and user requirements and translate them into clear tasks for the development team.Prioritize feature updates, bug fixes, and enhancements based on business impact.Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely, accurate releases.Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before app or website deployments.Regularly review app performance, user issues, and system health.3. Content & Inventory OperationsOversee property listing workflow (uploading, editing, approvals).Coordinate with Sales Operation, international teams, and marketing for content accuracy.Performance & AnalyticsMonitor KPIs such as: app traffic, user retention, lead generation, listing engagement, and conversion rates.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Identify UX issues, content gaps, and operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in digital operations, product Management and coordination, or app management.Strong understanding of mobile apps, content management systems, and digital workflows.Ability to write clear technical requirements and user stories.Excellent communication and project coordination skills.Experience in real estate or property technology (PropTech) is a strong advantage.Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, App Store metrics).What We Offer:Market competitive salary with visa and medical insuranceOpportunity to work with one of the UAE’s leading real estate companiesFast-paced, growth-oriented work environmentHigh level of autonomy and impact within the roleApply online or share your CV at hafsa.akhtar@psinv.net
