Utilizing EY GDS-SC&O's proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve the reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness of their supply chain while reducing the total cost.We’re looking for Consultant/ Senior Consultant with consulting / implementation experience across procurement tools such Coupa, Ariba and SAP and Oracle and other e-procurement tools.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects.Responsible for understanding the As-Is process and end to end requirements and translating them to functional specifications so as to propose the To-Be processResponsible for Procurement system configuration in line with client business processResponsible for performing user acceptance testing and system integration testing along with customer system users and technical teamResponsible to document all customer business process and to prepare process documentations and user guide for configurationResponsible to conduct training sessions for customers and suppliersResponsible for go-live preparation and go-live readiness status checkResponsible for post go-live hyper care period supportSkills And Attributes For SuccessUnderstanding of source to pay processes and the technology landscapeEffective communication skills and experience in customer facing roleAbility to work independently and proactiveTo qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum 4 years of relevant business or consulting experienceExperience in using technology solutions for such processes as sourcing, supplier management, contracting, order creation, invoicing, data integration, riskKnowledge of implementing Ariba (or comparable) system (in addition to user know-how),System requirements collections, design, configuration, testing and supportingExperience in Advanced Excel and Power PointAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the roleAbility to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fitEntrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for planning would drive this role Ideally, you’ll also haveExperience in Data Visualization using Tableau /Power BI / QlikView etcTechnical background related to system configuration and setup is a strong additionWhat We Look ForTechnical experience, commercial acumen and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environmentStrong experience in new technologies used within procurement and finance areasWhat We OfferEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
