We are looking for an Associate Purchasing Specialist to join our Krakow based OneSource Team to support procurement operationsMore information about our OneSource services: OneSource Laboratory Solutions | PerkinElmerRole responsibilities:Reviews, analyzes and processes incoming purchase requisitionsCoordinates purchasing activities in a cost effective and timely mannerRequests quotes from suppliers for a purchase of specific servicesResponsible for purchasing and procurement data input and integrityPerforms cost analysis and volume planning for external servicesMonitors the cost and scope of suppliers to negotiate highest quality at best valueDevelops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitiveMay recommend cost saving proposals including alternative sourcingRole requirements:First experiences in purchasing, order entry, customer service in a team-based environmentFluent English (at least B2 level)Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Organization and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS ExcelB.A/B.S.
