If you are an excellent communicator with customer orientation, then Procurement is your place to be!Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAs a Procurement Processing Specialist, you are responsible for:Efficient and effective processing and creation of Indirect Purchase Requisitions from internal employees (different departments/countries) based on defined standard processes and regulatory complianceCreating of Direct Purchase Orders for goods and/or services to external suppliersPerforming quality audits of requirements and documentationSupporting internal business partners with Purchase Requisition creationResponding to queries from internal employees concerning Procurement processSupporting additional tasks related to Plant Maintenance (eg. Purchase Info Records creation and update)Responding to stakeholder’s demands related to training and reportingAbout our future employeeYou should speak Spanish (fluent, min. B2) and English (communicative B1-B2) and have min. 1 year of experience in a procurement or sourcing position.
