Digital Systems Support Officer | 9324 | 2 Positions Available - Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment Opportunity until November 2027 | 37 hours per week | £31,537 - £33,699 per annum | Scale G | NorwichWe are looking for 2 customer-driven Digital Systems Support Officers to join our dynamic Digital Customer Experience Team at Norfolk County Council.In these full time, fixed-term roles (until 30 November 2027), you will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of business systems; e.g. customer account, forms, and case management processes to support council objectives.As well as creating and maintaining forms and processes you will undertake regular monitoring of systems and integrations and ensure business systems meet data quality and data retention standards in line with mandatory regulations (e.g. GDPR).You will use technical skills to build solutions or resolve customer problems to recognised best practice standards (For example GDS, WCAG) in a fast paced collaborative environment.We work with colleagues across the whole organisation, so we are looking for a motivated, personable individual who can work flexibly with both IT colleagues on resolving systems issues, and departmental stakeholders to provide advice and support to those services who use our software.We'll support you in developing your skills while working alongside more experienced members of the team.
