Digital Transformation Specialist

Intrax Consulting Engineers are an Australian owned, mid-sized engineering company that provide an end-to-end service to our clients across a range of services including Structural, Civil, Residential, Building Services, Forensic, Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering.We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Business Innovation team and help drive meaningful change across our collaboration platforms, business systems, and internal digital products.You’ll be the gel between business, technology, and innovation - not just gathering requirements, but reshaping how we work. This is not a change manager role or a project admin job. You will get your hands dirty, restructure systems, work with internal users, and drive the adoption of tools like Box, NetSuite, and custom-built platforms.What You’ll Be DoingLead the redesign of our Box folder structure and content architectureDrive implementation of new Box Enterprise features (metadata, automation, governance)Collaborate with NetSuite developers and users to streamline workflows and formsParticipate in product design of in-house apps by working alongside devs and usersTrain staff, write guides, run UATs, and manage adoptionDocument and improve business processes using digital toolsWhat You BringYou’ve worked across multiple systems (e.g., Box, SharePoint, NetSuite, M365, Confluence, Notion).You understand how systems work, even if you don’t code.You grasp basic technical principles such as relational databases, integrations (APIs), and system architecture.You love unpacking clunky processes and making them better.You’re great with people but also confident working independently to drive delivery.You understand the importance of user experience in every solution you build.You’ve written how-to guides, tested workflows, and translated business needs into practical tools.You stay up-to-date with the latest software trends and enjoy researching unique or innovative use cases for problem-solving.Bonus: you have experience with low-code platforms and even AI-powered tools.Above all, you love building things collaboratively with others.Why Join Us?We’re a national engineering and consulting firm solving complex challenges across housing, land, and infrastructure.
