Role Description This is a full-time on-site position in the Greater Brisbane Area for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs, including space planning, color selection, and furniture layout. The role requires preparing and reviewing construction drawings, sourcing and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with clients to deliver designs that reflect their preferences and requirements. The Interior Designer will also work closely with the construction team to ensure the design vision is accurately executed. Qualifications Proficient in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic spaces.Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure practical and regulatory-compliant designs.Skills in FF&E specification and selection to enhance the overall design quality.Strong communication and client collaboration skills to understand and realize client needs effectively.Attention to detail and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and local building codes is advantageous.
