The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are looking for you as a Director Joint Venture Management / M&A (m/f/diverse) to support our area Finance and Controlling at the Headquarter in Frankfurt.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the overall financial management of the AUMOVIO Group’s joint ventures (affiliates, associates and participations)Develop and execute strategies to maximize value, synergies, and long-term returns from joint venturesServe as the primary point of contact with JV boards, management teams, and external partnersSupport negotiations of new joint ventures, amendments, extensions, financing events or exitsFinancial Perspective Oversee financial performance of joint ventures, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and dividend managementMonitor and analyze JV performance against business plans, KPIs, and contractual obligations and identify improvements and risk mitigation strategiesIdentify and execute exit strategies for non-strategic joint venturesStakeholder & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with JV partners, regulators, and internal stakeholdersManage communications between the AUMOVIO Group and joint venturesGovernance PerspectiveEnsure JV governance structures, policies, and practices comply with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations and establish best practices for JV governance and performance managementRepresent AUMOVIO Group on JV boards, committees, or management teams as neededQualificationsThe ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:Academic degree in economics, business administration, other academic studies with relation to investment and M&A contents or equivalent educationLong-term experience in global Joint Venture Management and M&A in a global corporate organizationProven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across different cultures and geographies and ability to work effectively across multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong financial skills, including experience deal structuring and investment analysisDeep knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworksExceptional negotiation and communication skillsFluent English and German skills (both written and spoken)High level of communication skills, cross-cultural competence and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.Additional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
