Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives across multiple states. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration—and is ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.About the Job…In this role, the Business Development Director will lead strategic initiatives to drive expansion across multiple states, identifying new market opportunities and supporting the growth of both owned and affiliate practices. The position involves cultivating and managing relationships with healthcare and dental partners, negotiating agreements, and representing Star Sleep & Wellness at industry events with professionalism and brand consistency. The Director will collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Marketing, Finance, and the Executive team to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
