The Director will lead engineering efforts by managing teams, overseeing software development, and ensuring seamless platform and architecture integration. Key responsibilities include driving technical strategy, managing projects, and fostering innovation to support scalable and efficient solutions.QualificationsProven experience in Engineering Management and guiding high-performing technical teamsStrong Team Leadership and Project Management skills for effective planning, execution, and deliveryExpertise in Software Development and Platform Architecture designProficiency in Integration processes to ensure seamless functionality across systemsStrong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in tech-driven organizationsExperience in scalable systems and platforms, ideally within the FMCG or logistics industryBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
