Our after sales brand, PrimeServ offers a vast network of service centers to our customers all over the world.We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:Superintendent Engineer is responsible for his team, his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilitiesSupervises and leads team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspectsAbility to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Competent in reading, understanding and interpreting specifications, drawings, and all other engineering related documentation.Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Engineering Standards, QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.Develops excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management.Liaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities and projects.Planning, monitoring and tracking of maintenance projects and daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management.  Ensures that the staff understands and implements the engineering aspects of the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro‐active communication with the crews.Identifies and implements “on‐the‐job” training programs with the aim of developing and improving team members’ competency in required skills and abilities.Being an expert, responsible to manages complex field service missionsDevelops special solutions for his / her field of activityDevelops, designs and implements overall field service strategies with cross company implicationsCoordination of experts of a lower level and external experts belonging to his / her field service responsibility areaServes as contact for highly sensitive issues and problemsPromotes the development and implementation of best practices in his / her own area of responsibilityTo conduct performance appraisal and management of reporting individuals and team.Performing in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiencyTo comply with the Company Code of ConductTo provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely mannerTo undertake such other tasks that may be reasonably requiredTo adhere to all Company processes and proceduresTo enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.Superintendent Engineer will be actively involved in the HUB’s objectives formulation and execution thereby accountable forsubsequent implementation and performance management.It is incumbent upon Superintendent Engineer to adhere to timelines and projects completion deadline agreed between line manager & team.The Superintendent Engineer should keep record and inform his superior and team about recent lessons learnt in order to avoid repetition of similar problems or to increase effectiveness and efficiency in future.EHS Compliance: it is essential to be aware of and adhere to all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partner is compulsory.Execute all responsibilities in line with lawful and ethical standards, as per statutory legislationYou Can Help Us With These Qualifications:Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levelsSeasoned engineerwith 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment / machinesUnderstand and gain knowledge about Engineering products, equipment, customer base and applicable processesUniversity degree in Engineering with related work experienceComparable vocational education with longtime work experienceResults driven, ability to develop and retain key business, consultant and customer relationshipsAbility to liaise and communicate at all levels in the businessInitiative and proactive approach combined with follow-up skillsOutgoing and motivated to connect with a wide range of different peopleAssertive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a teamOrganizational skillsSocially and emotionally intelligentLeadership traitsHight attention to detail requiredAble to cope with job pressure and demands Contact us That Is Important To That Is Important To Us:Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture. Our after sales brand, PrimeServ offers a vast network of service centers to our customers all over the world. We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:Perform commissioning, standard maintenance, repairs and services on all type of machines in accordance with the specified guidelines.Perform overhauls of various Everllence engines and turbochargersExecute an LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis) on location before starting work.Correctly use PPE (personal protective equipment) provided and all HSE relevant material.Carry out assembly preparation for upcoming service assignments, e.g. identify spare parts requirements for maintenance of activities, special tools, checking commissioned spare parts for completeness, allocation and correctness.Collect technical data, such as work procedures, drawings, spare parts, material, etc.Determine assembly procedures on site in accordance with the specified work cards / documents. Thereby be technical contact person within the group for employees with lower qualification and coach service technicians to carry out planning, maintenances commissioning, performance tests, troubleshooting & root cause analysis.Provide assistance support as a specialist to MAN ES & third-party customers within guidelines as stipulated by MAN standards & the local management in the coordination of the assembly process as well as assembly and disassembly of parts / assemblies according to work cards / checklists, if necessary overhaul components.Support the findings on site, e.g. spare parts advice, condition pictures of parts also in a foreign language usually English.Create reports and handle standard software such as Microsoft Office. Analyze maintenance data and make suggestions for improvement.Report incidents, accidents and near-misses according to procedures.Make sure that a time sheet is filled out and signed by the customer’s representative after a finished field service job.Exchange information constantly and participate in further training if necessary.Implement standard maintenance and HSE policies and procedures according to Everllence standards guideline by using various toolsYou Can Help Us With These Qualifications:5+ years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / machines, marine industry or power plantExperience in reading technical documents, instructions, sketches/explanation of details and cross-sectional drawingsDetailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levelsFluency in EnglishPrepared to travel worldwideContact usThat Is Important To Us:Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
