Job Description

Noroton Yacht Club (the “Club”) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to oversee and manage the Club’s food and beverage operations, including a seasonal restaurant, snack bar, and both Club and private events business. This individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Club’s food service, including staff management, food purchasing, menu collaboration, and event coordination.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, preferably within a private club, hospitality, or resort environment.
