Position: Director of ProjectsLocation: Remote with 25%-40% travel Duration: Perm, direct hire Salary: $210,000 - $220,000/year plus bonus Required Skills & Experience14+ years in project management, including 5+ years leading multiple projects and teams.Proven EPC project management experience in utility-scale renewable energy. Experience working in a self-performing environment.Strong financial skills in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting. This role will oversee a portfolio of large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Director will lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and resources to support successful execution. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing financial performance, and mitigating risks across multiple projects. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership, clients, and contractors to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The Project Director will also oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Regular reporting on project status, financials, and key milestones to stakeholders will be a critical part of the role. This is a leadership position requiring strong expertise in EPC project management and renewable energy technologies.
