Job Description

We have the car. We have the driver. We need the Engineer. Most Sales Operations roles are about "maintaining" a boring CRM for a slow company. Not here. We are scaling fast, and our sales team is currently outrunning our infrastructure. We don’t need a "spreadsheet manager." We need a Systems Architect who wants to own the entire "Machine" of our revenue. What's in it for youTotal Ownership: You aren't just taking orders; you are building the "Mission Control" that dictates how we scale from 10 billion naira a year company to 100 billion naira a year within the next few years. The "Seat at the Table": You will work directly with leadership. Your data will be the "Source of Truth" that decides our strategy.Skill Transformation: You’ll be tasked with integrating AI, cutting-edge automation, and building a world-class "Tech Stack" that most people only read about in case studies.Growth Trajectory: As the department grows, you won't just be a manager; you’ll be the person who built the foundation for a 100 billion naira-figure company.Who We Don't Want We have a high-performance culture. If you are looking for a "9-to-5 where I hide in a CRM," please do not apply. You will hate it here if:You have an ego: If a sales rep breaks a process and you’re too "shy" to hold them accountable and fix the system, you will fail. You are a "Victim": If the CRM glitches or the data is messy and your first instinct is to complain rather than build a fix, you aren't an A-Player.You need hand-holding: We move fast. If you need a manual for every task, you'll be left behind. We hire for resourcefulness, not obedience. You tolerate "sloppy": If "good enough" is your standard for data hygiene, our sales team will crash. We need precision. If you not obsessed with growth and learning. With us you have to constantly keep up with the ever changing world of business and upskilling to always beat your previous record. The Mission (The Job)Your success is measured by three things:Speed: Reducing the friction for our reps so they spend 80% of their time selling, not clicking buttons.Clarity: Providing a dashboard so accurate that we know our revenue for next month down to the dollar.Scale: Building an onboarding system so "plug-and-play" that a new rep is profitable in under 30 days. The Requirements:Expert-level [Salesforce/HubSpot] skills (If you can't build a complex workflow in your sleep, don't apply).A "Logic-First" brain. You see patterns where others see mess. Can create system systems to help onboarding and standardize sales experience across board. The backbone to say "No" to bad ideas, even if they come from the top.How to Apply Don't just send a resume. Send us a 2-minute  video or a brief write-up answering:The biggest "mess" you ever inherited in a CRM and how you fixed it.One automation you built that actually saved a company time/money.
