Our portfolio spans diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.As part of our continued expansion across major healthcare corridors in Lagos, we are strengthening our field sales presence in key growth zones.The OpportunityThis role covers the Ikorodu–Gbagada–Ketu corridor, a rapidly developing healthcare axis in Lagos with a strong mix of general hospitals, private clinics, diagnostic centres, and community health facilities.The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships, driving territory growth, and establishing a strong pipeline within this high-potential market.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territoryConduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across the corridorManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale follow-upMaintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue targetOnboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per monthSubmit accurate daily and weekly sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, and pipeline updates)Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurementCapture and update facility data (GPS coordinates, contacts, equipment inventory) within the CRM systemRequirementsMust-HaveMinimum of 1 year B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare productsMust reside within Ikorodu, Gbagada, Ketu, Alapere, Mile 12, or surrounding areasProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills with doctors, procurement officers, and healthcare administratorsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environmentSmartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reportingNice-to-HaveExisting relationships with hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centres within the corridorBackground in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related disciplineExperience using CRM tools and digital reporting platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month (based on experience)Uncapped commission on all closed dealsMonthly transport allowance for field coverageStructured onboarding including product training and territory orientationClear career progression path to Area Sales Manager as operations expandHow To ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and a brief cover note (maximum 200 words) outlining relevant experience to: https://www.mysigma.io/jobs/medical-sales-representative-ikorodu-gbagada-ketu/Subject Line: MSR – Ikorodu/Gbagada/Ketu
