Our product portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.As part of our Lagos expansion strategy, we are deploying dedicated field representatives across major healthcare corridors to deepen market penetration and drive territory growth.The OpportunityThe Alimosho–Egbeda corridor represents a high-density and rapidly growing healthcare market with significant untapped potential. The territory includes a broad mix of private clinics, general hospitals, maternity centres, and community healthcare facilities.This role offers a strong pipeline-building opportunity for a motivated sales professional ready to establish and grow a high-potential territory from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territoryConduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across Alimosho, Egbeda, and surrounding areasManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale follow-upMaintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue targetOnboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per monthSubmit accurate daily and weekly sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, pipeline updates)Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurementCapture and update facility data (GPS coordinates, contact details, equipment inventory) within the CRM systemRequirementsMust-HaveMinimum of 1 year B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare productsMust reside in Alimosho, Egbeda, Dopemu, Abule-Egba, or surrounding areasProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills with doctors, procurement officers, and clinic ownersSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environmentSmartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reportingNice-to-HaveExisting relationships with hospitals or clinics within the Alimosho/Egbeda corridorBackground in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related disciplineExperience using CRM tools and digital reporting platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: ₦150,000 – ₦155,000/month (based on experience)Uncapped commission on all closed dealsMonthly transport allowance for territory coverageStructured onboarding including product training and territory orientationClear career progression path to Area Sales Manager as the territory expandsOpportunity to build early dominance in a high-growth healthcare zoneHow To ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and a brief cover note (maximum 200 words) outlining relevant experience to: https://www.mysigma.io/jobs/medical-sales-representative-alimosho-egbeda/Subject Line: MSR – Alimosho/Egbeda
