Lagos, Nigeria On-siteSkillsCommunicationDescriptionCIS Nigeria, a leading ICT systems integrator and part of the CIS Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and acting as a trusted technology advisor. This role requires close collaboration with our local technical and presales teams to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions to the Nigerian market.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships. Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Work with internal teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and serve as their primary point of contact.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in a quota-carrying IT sales role in Nigeria. A strong track record of over-achieving sales targets. Solid experience selling complex IT solutions (e.g., Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative local team. Proficiency with CRM software. An existing network within the Nigerian enterprise sector is highly advantageous.
