A role in our team offers diverse and meaningful work, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference to the careers of graduates and the future of the Queensland public sector.How You'll ContributeAs Director of the Future Leaders Graduate Program, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the program, ensuring its position as an industry-leading initiative.You Will Lead best-practice bulk recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion to meet sector-wide targets Design and deliver a contemporary, fit-for-purpose learning and development program that equips graduates with the skills and capabilities needed for a successful career in the public sector Oversee and influence meaningful sector-wide rotations that provide graduates with diverse opportunities that foster professional growth Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with workforce priorities and delivers exceptional outcomes. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the program to maintain its reputation as a leader in graduate development.
