As part of our new executive team, you’ll work closely with our incoming CEO to build a high-performing, values-led culture that puts people first, inside and outside the organisation.What You’ll Be LeadingYou’ll oversee a broad and impactful portfolio that touches every corner of community life, including:Family, youth, children's and aged care servicesStrategic land use planning, Social Planning, Economic development, Sustainability and Waste Management servicesStatutory Planning, Environmental Health and Building ServicesArts, cultural and community development servicesRecreation and Leisure servicesYour leadership will help bring to life the aspirations of our Community Vision 2030 and Council Plan 2025–2029, ensuring our services and projects support the health, wellbeing and prosperity of our diverse communities.Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a strategic thinker and a collaborative leader. You bring integrity, empathy and a deep understanding of how local government works.
