You will drive strategic execution, nurture high-impact customer relationships, and shape the performance of your district to contribute meaningfully to our mission in healthcare.You will empower your team to perform with purpose and accountability — leading by example and ensuring that all actions align with our commitment to ethical and science-based promotion.Lead Strategic Sales Execution and Drive Business PlanningAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to guide district strategies.Develop and execute district business plans aligned with national sales objectives.Lead planning and execution of marketing programs, routing strategies, and customer coverage.Collaborate with internal partners to drive seamless implementation of commercial initiatives.Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to ensure plans remain relevant and responsive.Manage District Performance and Accelerate Sales GrowthAchieve district sales targets through proactive coaching and performance management of PMRs.Ensure optimal doctor and account coverage aligned with segmentation and targeting priorities.Launch and oversee impactful sales initiatives, product promotions, and CME activities.Use SMIS, trackers, and business reviews to monitor team productivity and outcomes.Resolve distribution, inventory, and market-related issues to safeguard product availability.Build and Strengthen Customer PartnershipsBuild strong partnerships with KOLs and KDMs in your district.Support and guide PMRs in their customer engagement efforts.Collaborate with KAM and GHC teams to ensure timely and reliable product supply.Uphold compliance standards while responding proactively to stakeholder needs.Inspire, Develop, and Lead High-Performing TeamsRecruit and onboard top-performing PMRs through effective hiring and integration practices.Set clear KPIs and review progress regularly; implement PIPs when necessary.Conduct regular fieldwork and joint visits to assess, coach, and develop team capabilities.Facilitate product knowledge training and upskilling sessions.Motivate and discipline as needed while promoting a collaborative, supportive environment.Identify and nurture high-potential talents through development plans and succession planning.Ensure Budget Management and Asset StewardshipMonitor and control district sales and marketing expenditures within approved budgets.Submit accurate, timely expense reports supported by proper documentation.Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to asset use protocols.Enforce policies to prevent misuse or loss of company property and promotional items.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with a strong academic background.1–3 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role (Supervisor/Manager), preferably in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Sales.4–6 years of experience as a Professional Medical Representative (PMR).Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.Strong understanding of pharma sales processes, market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies.
