Job Description

Your RoleThe Head of Transaction Banking is responsible in recommending business strategy, covering product development or management, sales and client implementation and services delivery so as to achieve revenue target set for the TB Philippines. The incumbent is also responsible for planning, managing, and effectively marketing and sale of Transaction Banking products while retaining and increasing funds from existing customers as well as capture new business relationships. How you can contributeDevelop and deliver a TB strategy that would allow the bank to secure strategic business and satisfy customer needs promoting asset and P&L growth. Enhance the country's profitability while ensuring an appropriate risk level in conjunction with MPI GB's revenue targets. Drive the development of Transaction Banking products, and identify the opportunities in the market to generate strong revenue and profitability.Proactively manage relationships of existing and target clients and service their requirements with the appropriate Trade Finance and Cash management capabilities. Manage the transfer of best practices between markets, in order to leverage the Transaction Banking capabilities with customers. Identify opportunities for new / incremental business with the bank's clients and work and work with relevant internal stakeholders to turn opportunities into revenues for the bank.Carry out strategic business goals as set by senior management and to work closely with all sales channels, product partners, external business partners, and in-house colleagues so as to maximize resources and opportunities. Identify, analyze, sell and support cash management and trade & supply chain finance products and services to establish business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. Your ProfileA graduate of any relevant 4-year course from a recognized UniversityOver 10 years of corporate banking / sales experience and managerial experienceProven track record in Transaction Banking and relationship management, especially in dealing with Corporates, Financial Institutions, & NBFI customersPossess good banking product knowledge including Cas management, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Custodian Services, loans & syndicated loans business, Global markets, among others.
