This position will be dedicated to overseeing and managing all documentation processes across the African regions. The role will also establish a centralized documentation structure that ensures alignment, compliance, and accuracy across all markets while adhering to the same standards and procedures currently implemented in South AfricaKey Responsibilities: Manage, processing and communication of all Documentation required for customs, F&C and customer releases at destinationsOversee all Documentation and assist customers with document related queries or with any changes in shipmentsManage and keep good relationships and information flow between F&C, Cold stores and Cargo produceAccount Management (Export Sales Manager and Customer perspective)Assist with Documentation AdministrationImporting and linking containers on Palbroker and ensure accuracy od dataReconcile mates' files and seal summaries between Packhouse, ColdstoreProviding Support to internal and external departments to streamline operations and minimise chargesAssist with Managing digital projects such as Cargo ProductionEducationMatricDegree or National Diploma in International Trade or Supply Chain ManagementValid driver's licenseExperience:2 - 3 years experience in the fruit industry, with insight into export documentationExperience of Account ManagementKnowledge of Palbroker / Paltrack Experience with Export Documentation Processes Understanding Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Processes Cross Border Documentation processComputer literate with strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.)Behavioural Competencies: High level of commitment to accuracy and qualityAttention to detail and analytical abilityInitiative, energy, and driveService-oriented individuals that can work under pressureHigh level of integrityAble to work without supervisionWilling to work overtime when requiredExcellent communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of how commercial excellence drives performanceBenefitsThe Company offers a Total Guaranteed Remuneration Package which comprises provident fund, insured benefits, medical aid and an option to structure an annual bonus..Closing date for applications will be the 19 November 2025.NB!
