This includes overseeing all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, staff performance, safety compliance, and warehouse administration. The role ensures that daily operations support the strategic goals of the company and are executed with accuracy, professionalism, and cost-efficiency.What’s on your Daily Menu?Inventory & Logistics ManagementOversee all goods received into and dispatched from the warehouse.Coordinate accurate and efficient picking, packing, and dispatch processes.Warehouse OperationsEnsure all warehouse activities run in a professional and organized manner.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.Oversee the implementation of operational procedures and ensure compliance.Staff Supervision & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team, including recruitment and training.Health, Safety & SecurityImplement and manage comprehensive health, safety, and fire prevention strategies.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesAlign warehouse operations with company policies, vision, and goals.Participate in strategic planning for logistics, space utilization, and cost control.The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for SuccessTertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook (intermediate level or above).Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams and processesWhy Join Our Table?At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history.
