The company is based in Saudi Arabia and is recognized for its excellence in delivering secure and reliable systems for a variety of industries.Role Description – DraftmanThis is a full-time, on-site Draftman role based at Stebilex Systems’ Riyadh office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Draftman will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, and converting project specifications into precise and detailed layouts.The role requires close collaboration with engineers, the pre-sales team, project managers, and clients to ensure all drawings meet project requirements, consultant standards, and approval workflows. Responsibilities include developing and updating drawings for HVM systems, barriers, parking management systems, access control products, and related civil/electromechanical interfaces. The Draftman will also maintain documentation, revise designs as required, and ensure accuracy throughout all stages of the project—including final as-built documentation.QualificationsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other drafting tools is an advantage.Proven experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, especially for HVM, barriers, parking management systems, and access control systems.Ability to interpret BOQs, technical specifications, consultant comments, and site surveys.Experience working on construction or engineering projects with a strong focus on accuracy and technical compliance.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.Ability to work closely with engineers, pre-sales teams, and project managers.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.Experience in entrance automation or security systems is a strong advantage.Good English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or Filipino is preferred.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Must be based in Riyadh and work from our Stebilex Saudi Arabia office.
