Here are below your responsibilities:Conduct internal HSE inspectionsDeliver HSE induction and trainingKeep updated HSE procedures for the specific tasksSupervise HSE procedures implementation in the operative sitesEnsure effective implementation of Life Saving RulesSpread HSE rules / standards / procedures / bulletins on siteEnsure that relevant safety risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analyses are prepared during the operationsPromote safe operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, safety control (i.e. JSA)Ensure adequate HSE reporting in line with Company proceduresInspect subcontractors activitiesControl compliance of the equipment utilised on siteMonitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on sitePrepare and administer HSE Key Performance Indicators for the operational activitiesAssist in the investigation of accidents and analysis to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measuresMonitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materialsSupervise the Environmental aspect on site, supporting key personnelWhat are we looking for?Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Preferably with additional technical or safety-related training)Minimum 5–10 years of experience in offshore drilling operations, specifically in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.Strong understanding of HSE management systems, drilling safety management, rig operations, and HSE compliance standards.Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Emergency Response Procedures.Proficient in incident reporting, hazard identification, and risk assessment.Demonstrated ability to lead HSE inductions, inspections, and promote Life Saving Rules compliance.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, able to work effectively in multicultural and high-risk offshore environments.Willing to be assigned to offshore sites as required.Required Certifications (Valid and Up to Date):BOSIET CA-EBS (HUET) or FOET CA-EBS (HUET) – approved by OPITOH2S Certificate – approved by OPITOValid K3 CertificateValid Seaman BookHLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) CertificateFirst Aid Certificate (preferred)NEBOSH / SMK3 / HSE Officer Certificate (preferred)What can we offer to you :An extendable contract-based employment with regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance that covers the employee and up to three dependent children.Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, and opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.Office Location: PT.
