Dynatrace Engineer

Location: UAE (Hiring from Egypt) Employment Type: Full-TimeSummary:The Dynatrace Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of applications and infrastructure. The role includes performance monitoring, troubleshooting, creating dashboards and alerts, integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous optimization.Responsibilities :Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace (APM, Managed, SaaS).Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and user experience.Build dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting.Perform root-cause analysis and support incident troubleshooting.Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).Optimize monitoring rules, baselines, and performance metrics.Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams.Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Dynatrace or similar APM tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog).Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM, Dynatrace Managed, and Dynatrace SaaS.Expertise in dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring, and RCA.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.Dynatrace Professional Certification (mandatory).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Experience integrating monitoring in DevOps environments.
