Technical Lead – Full Stack

UWD is seeking to hire a Technical Lead – Full StackIt's a Full-time & Onsite roleKey Responsibilities :-- Lead the development team and oversee daily technical operations.- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions (Backend – Frontend – Mobile).- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define requirements and translate them into technical tasks.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.- Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers.- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical planning.Job Requirements :-- 5–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.- Proven previous experience working as a Technical Lead or leading a development team.- Strong experience in Backend , Frontend and Flutter Development- Excellent knowledge of API Development & Integration.- Solid understanding of system architecture, performance, and scalability.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a technical teamWorking Days : Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM📍 Location: Nasr City
