Job Title: E-Commerce ExecutiveDepartment: Corporate Marketing & Digital OperationsLocation: Isolo, Lagos state.Role OverviewWe are launching a digital commerce platform to showcase and process customer inquiries across multiple business divisions — Food Pack, Retail, and Promo.We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage end-to-end online operations, turning every digital inquiry into a seamless offline experience — from listing to delivery.This is a ground-up role, offering the opportunity to shape e-commerce processes, bridging product data, factory coordination, inventory control, logistics, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Product & Content ManagementUpload and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, SKUs, and images.Audit and update listings regularly, deactivating discontinued or out-of-stock items.Optimize content with tagging and categorization for easy navigation.Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor stock levels and coordinate with factories, warehouses, and divisions.Maintain a real-time inventory tracker and flag low-stock items proactively.Participate in audits and reconcile digital vs. physical stock records.Inquiry & Order ManagementRespond to customer inquiries, verify details, and input orders into the CRM.Liaise with sales, production, and division managers to confirm timelines and approvals.Track order progress from Received → Processing → Ready → Dispatched → Delivered.Payment & Logistics CoordinationGenerate payment links or quotations and track receipts.Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule dispatches and ensure timely delivery.Prepare and manage delivery documentation.Quality Control & Customer ExperienceConduct pre-dispatch quality checks and confirm delivery completion.Collect customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.Reporting & AnalyticsProduce weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, stock accuracy, and customer feedback.Provide actionable insights to improve e-commerce operations.Collaboration & Cross-Functional WorkPartner with Marketing for campaigns, IT for system support, Finance for payment reconciliation, and Operations for delivery efficiency.What We’re Looking For:Tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across divisions.Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus.Why Join: Be part of a pioneering team building a digital commerce platform from the ground up.
