E-Commerce Key Account Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:Primarily involved in Sales in E-commerce handling brand partners.Responsible for his/her accounts in terms of meeting sales targetFormulate strategies and plans that will help the brand grow in all platforms.Communicate with respective principals and keep them up to date with the updates from platforms and the company.Make sure that account is profitable.Responsible in handling direct selling packagesConduct business review and data analytics that will help in understanding the brand and trends.Basic knowledge and execution on LSS and digital marketing is an advantageNavigation and maximization usage of seller centers of Lazada/Shopee/ZaloraMonitors seller KPI’s to maximize brand performanceProcess all relevant data in relation to the account, including analysis and visualizationPerforms other duties as assigned.Analyze website metrics and implement strategies to improve website traffic and customer experienceKeep abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure the company stays competitive in the marketMonitor website traffic and analyzing website metrics and identify areas of improvementQualifications:Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Preferred 1-2 yrs of experience in key accountsPreferably has a background in handling a Lazada/Shopee store.Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsHas organizational skills, logical thinking and strong problem solving skillsWilling to work onsite at 500A Altura St. Sampaloc Manila and work from home with stable internet connection.
