Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Metro Manila. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with shipping principals, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes market analysis, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with operations teams to deliver seamless service. Qualifications Proficiency in customer relationship management, business networking, and client engagementStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify business opportunitiesBackground in sales, marketing, or the maritime and logistics industryExperience with logistics integration and an understanding of shipping operationsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet targetsProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsWillingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and travel to other ports when neededBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferredExperience in the maritime or logistics industry is an advantage
