E-commerce Sales Representative

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ- ดูแลและพัฒนา ช่องทางขายออนไลน์ (Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc ฯลฯ) อัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า ราคา โปรโมชั่น และเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่- Live Streaming เพื่อโปรโมทสินค้า สร้างยอดขาย และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำสินค้าแก่ ลูกค้าที่เข้ามาในโชว์รูม พร้อมปิดการขายในลักษณะ One-stop solution- วางแผนโปรโมชั่นและเสนอแนวทางการขายผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ใหม่ ๆResponsibilitiesManage and develop Marketplace sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, etc.), including updating product information, pricing, promotions, and new launchesConduct Live Streaming to promote products, boost sales, and engage with customersAssist and provide product consultation to walk-in customers in the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience and closing salesCommunicate with and provide service to international customers in English, both in the showroom and onlineCreate sales promotion plans and propose new sales channels/platformsPerform other tasks as assigned by the supervisorคุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน E-Commerce Sales จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ- บุคลิกดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักการบริการ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (พูดและเขียน)- ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโซเชียลมีเดียได้คล่อง- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน การทำ online content หรือ live streaming จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fieldsExperience in E-commerce sales is preferredPleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a team playerProficient in English communication (spoken and written)Proficient in computer and social media usageExperience in Content creation or Live streaming will be an advantageLocation: Karat Enterprise Living Studio (A Square – Sukhumvit 26)
