Role Description This full-time, on-site Education Counselor position is located in Masai. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective and current students on their educational and career choices. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, aiding in program selections, offering academic and career advice, supporting student success, and maintaining consistent communication with students and their families. The role is pivotal in helping students navigate their educational pathways and achieve their career ambitions. Qualifications Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career decisions.Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education to assist students in identifying and pursuing their professional goals.Excellent Communication skills to interact and engage with students, parents, and colleagues clearly and empathetically.Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and foster a supportive learning environment.Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Experience in academic advising or educational consultancy will be an added advantage.Passion for helping students succeed academically and professionally.
