Educational Counselor

Overview:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the overseas admission process and actively contribute to lead generation through networking, university connections, and student engagement.Key Responsibilities:-Counsel students regarding study-abroad options, university selection, programs, and admission procedures.-Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.-Actively engage in student networking across universities, colleges, and social platforms to generate quality leads.-Participate in seminars, student fairs, and campus visits to promote company services.-Maintain regular follow-up with potential students and ensure positive conversion of leads.-Review and verify student academic documents before submitting applications.-Assist students in preparing SOPs, CVs, admission forms, and visa documentation.-Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, courses, admissions, scholarships, and visa rules.-Achieve monthly targets for consultations, leads, and student enrollments.Qualifications and Skills:Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Experience:1+ years of experience in education consultancy related to UK universities admissions.Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.Skills:Strong networking with university students for effective lead generation.Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.Multilingual capabilities (preferred).Strong written communication skillWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Training on country-specific education systems and visa policies.Written communication skills
