EHS Specialist – Environment, Health & Safety

We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to join our team in Tournan-en-Brie and help us maintain a safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace for all.About the RoleAs our EHS Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics site meets all environmental, health, and safety requirements. You’ll conduct risk assessments, lead safety initiatives, and promote a culture of care and compliance across the site.What You’ll DoConduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with French and EU safety & environmental regulations.Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.Manage EHS training programs for employees and contractors.Monitor waste, energy use, and environmental performance.Support ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 systems and reporting.Drive continuous improvement and promote safety awareness on-site.What You BringDegree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or similar.2–5 years of EHS experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings.Strong knowledge of French HSE regulations.Great communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Fluent in French, with good English skills.
