We’re looking for an Email & Design Specialist to own our CRM and lifecycle communications, drive retention through smart flows, and deliver impactful email campaigns that fuel our subscription-led growth.If you’re someone who thinks deeply about segmentation, timing, subject lines, performance data - and you have the design skills to turn that strategy into beautiful, on-brand creative - you’ll thrive here.This role is perfect for a marketer who wants to specialise in email-first marketing, while supporting the wider creative team with design when needed.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be the primary owner of all email activity across the business. You’ll shape how customers experience the brand from their very first touchpoint, all the way through retention and reactivation.Alongside this, you’ll support the Brand & Creative Lead with design delivery as required - but email will always be your core focus and priority.We operate with a start-up mindset: we move fast, stay curious, and empower you with autonomy to make meaningful decisions.Your Core Responsibilities (Email First)Email & CRM (70–80%)Build and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional sends.Own lifecycle flows end-to-end: onboarding, win-back, retention, churn prevention.Develop segmentation strategies to improve engagement and customer value.Continuously A/B test subject lines, creative, call-to-action, and timing.Track, analyse, and report weekly on core metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue).Partner with E-Commerce to align lifecycle messaging with retention goals.Ensure all email content is brand-aligned, consistent, and commercially effective.Design Support (20–30%)Create supporting visuals for email, social assets, ads, and web where needed.Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Lead to maintain a consistent visual identity.Assist in scaling creative output during campaigns, launches, and key moments.What You’ll BringStrong experience building and optimising email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).Confidence working with lifecycle flows and CRM automation.Solid design skills — comfortable in Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools.A blend of creativity and analytical thinking (design + data).The ability to work efficiently, prioritise email-first output, and deliver high-quality work.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.A proactive, curious mindset with a love for performance and wellbeing.What Drives UsWe’re a performance-led, health-focused brand.
