Job Title: Marketing Executive – UK Region (Equine Industry)Reports to: Marketing ManagerLocation: Portsmouth (Office-Based with Regular Travel)Type: Full-timeOverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Executive to lead UK marketing activity for FS Animal Health and our brands Haygain & Hestevard. This role focuses on lead generation, event marketing, and campaign execution across our equine and veterinary markets.You’ll work closely with the UK Country Sales Manager and the global marketing team to deliver impactful, measurable marketing initiatives that support both B2B and D2C growth. Collaboration will be key — you’ll partner daily with our graphic designers, social media manager, e-commerce manager, and wider sales team to bring campaigns to life and deliver consistent brand experiences.A genuine passion for horses is essential — ideally you’re a horse owner or active rider who understands our customers and the equestrian world.The role is office-based in Portsmouth, with regular travel required to attend shows, customer visits, and industry events across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver UK marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth.Manage shows and events, ensuring clear objectives, smooth delivery, and measurable outcomes.Oversee UK-specific marketing materials (print and digital), ensuring alignment with brand and sales goals.Create and manage testimonials, case studies, and content that highlight customer success and product benefits.Support UK website content and social media activity, working closely with the digital and creative teams.Partner with influencers, vets, distributors, and key industry stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure all activity supports commercial objectives and brand consistency.Skills & Experience2–4 years’ marketing experience, ideally in B2B and/or D2C environments.Proven track record in lead generation, digital campaigns, and event management.Strong collaboration and project management skills.Confident using social media, Klaviyo and Adobe cloud (CRM and CMS would be beneficial)Equine experience is essential – ideally a horse owner or active rider.Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.Creative, proactive, and data-driven with a “get stuff done” approach.What We OfferCompetitive salary (£30,000–£36,000, depending on experience).Office-based role in Portsmouth with regular UK travel.Opportunity to make a real impact in the equine health and performance industry.Work with a supportive, collaborative, and passionate international team.Interested?
