In this role, you will play a crucial part in our growth by enhancing our channel operations and sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners while contributing to the overall success of our innovative insurance solutions.About The RoleYou will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration.This role would contribute directly to the success of group insurance product distribution by providing pre and post-sales services and administrative support to our business development team.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Group Insurance Management:Prepare, review and verify group insurance applications.Follow up on outstanding application information with channel partners and clients.Customer and Channel Support:Respond to inquiries about policy terms and conditions, portal and general inquiries via hotline and emailProvide professional and technical advice to channel partners and prospective clients.Business and Administrative Support:Compile and prepare business-related reports for management.Coordinate logistics for proposal materials, wellness event programs, and channel record maintenance.Provide policy administrative and sales support.Renewal Support:Assist the business team with proactive renewal services, supporting CRM throughout the renewal process.Prepare and provide necessary documents for renewals, including but not limited to renewal proposals and policy-related documents.Follow up on policy renewal statuses with distribution channels.Provide supporting materials for clients.Compliance and Reporting:Assist with compliance-related tasks.Prepare various reports, including claims reports.Collaboration and Relationship Building:Collaborate with and actively support the frontline and operations teams to enhance sales operations and maximize operational efficiency.Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the smooth functioning of operations.About YouUniversity graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in group medical insurance/ Employee benefits at reputable brokerage or insurance company (e.g., Aon, Mercer, Great Eastern, Howden, Pacific Prime)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsMature and be a self-starterGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantageGood command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience supporting Hong Kong clients will be an advantageWe OfferApart from a great career path and an opportunity to do good and do well, we also offer:Competitive packageFlexible work arrangementBenefits include medical/ dental coverage and wellness programsEmployee discountsFun, co-operative, and flexible startup cultureWeekly sharing sessions and regular social gatheringsExcellent learning opportunities with Professional Development SponsorshipAbout BowtieWe are the first licensed virtual insurer (虛擬保險公司) in Hong Kong.We believe that insurance is fundamentally good, and we are here to bring the good back through our passionate, innovative, and customer-centric team.By combining our deep domain expertise and our own proprietary modern technology, we are building one of the most iconic, category-defining health insurance companies in Asia.We take pride in moving fast all the time and our track record in moving ahead in the game.
