Company Description Well known Intelligent Equipment manufacturer in the PV, Li-on battery and semiconductor industries and currently has 4000 employees worldwide. New plant set up in Malayisa and expanding. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Shah Alam. The role involves overseeing HR operations, including recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance with labor regulations, performance management, and workforce planning. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing training and development initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee onboardingStrong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team managementKnowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance practicesExperience in performance appraisals, training programs, and employee developmentEffective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plusMandarin is required to liaise with China counterpart (HQ) and window to all Chinese Expats in Malaysia.Salary up to rm19k per month with benefitsGrowth opportunity as company is expanding.Candidate from manufacturing, engineering or solar renewable industries are preferred.
